She is survived by: her husband James Newberry Ruffner, Sr.; her children, Junior Breeden (Ginny) of Charles Town, Mark Breeden (Georgetta) of Shenandoah Junction, Jimbo Ruffner (Lorrie) of Martinsburg, Scotty Ruffner (Theresa) of Martinsburg, Brenda Bragg (Todd) of Inwood and Cathy Dodson (Dwayne) of Charles Town; and her siblings, Jack Grim (Sue) of Ranson, Darlene Silvius of Georgia, Vernie Moore of Bunker Hill and Becky Bradshaw (Tim) of Virginia. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren and one great- great grandson, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
