It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Laverne Carr of Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carr and Cornelia T. Washby Carr; and her siblings, Joyce Carr, Barbara Smith, Lorraine Smith, Phyllis Curry, Brenda Carr and Robert Carr, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Carr of Charles Town, WV, Kenneth Carr, Sr. (Theresa) of Charles Town, WV and Larry Carr of Brussels, Belgium. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
