He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter William Lewis and Mary Virginia Wiseman; and his brother Mitchell Gene Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Will Emmett II (Amy) of Lewisburg, WV and Richard Porter "Gunner"; his siblings, Lorrie Ann Lewis and Bill (Kari); and his nieces and nephews, Kimmie, Hannah, Jeremy and Jaden.
