He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Westfall and Helen Joyce Crawford Westfall; and his brothers, James Earl Westfall, David and Gary Alan Westfall.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Paul Anthony Fischbach, Matthew Joseph Hardy and Ryan Taylor Hardy; his granddaughters, Brooke Hardy, Bethany Hardy, Summer Fischbach and Serenity Daniels; his sisters, Ella Marie Bradshaw (Joe), Kathy Truluck (Raymond), Nancy Sue Westfall (Zeke) and Darlena Kay Westfall; his sister-in-law Sandra Westfall; and his close friend Sam Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
