He was predeceased by: his sister Krystal Cascetta; and his niece Bella Tally. He is survived by: his parents, Antonio Cascetta and Carmen Cascetta of New York City; his wife Samantha Withrow; his children, Gemma and Ronan; and the mother of his child Hope Selbe.
