He is survived by: his wife Darlena; his daughters, Brandy Mattox (Brandon) of South Charleston and Sandra Jones (Josh) of Teays Valley; and his siblings, Mark Skinner (Joyce), Brian Skinner, Tammy Downing (Dean), Terry Skinner and Carla Skinner. He is also survived by grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
