She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Lee Atkins; and her parents, Terry F Workman and Mary Margret Workman. She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Loeser (Matthew); her grandson Daniel Loeser; and her siblings, James Workman and JoAnn Garnett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kanawha City Baptist Church (4500 Venable Ave, Charleston, WV 25304). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Hubbard Hospice House, or the Kanawha County Humane Society in Alice's name.
