She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dow Brammer and Mary Elizabeth McComas Brammer; her husband Carl Ivan Keys; her children, Tonya Stewart and Jeff Keys; her stepson Jimmy Keys; and her siblings, Ethel Pearl Brammer, William "Leo" Brammer, Earl Brammer, Lyman Brammer, Marjorie Loftis, John Brammer, Raymond "Elwood" Brammer, Harry T. "Mike" Brammer, Dorothy Munch, Verna Mae Smith, Phyllis O'Dell and Cebert Brammer.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Fisher (David); her son-in-law Steve Stewart; her grandchildren, Shane Stewart (Lori), Samantha Carlini, Brooke Farrington (Todd), Travis Fisher, Dr. Brad Keys, Fallon Fisher and Kalyn Fisher; her pets, Peanut and Tigress; and her caregivers, Erica Lawrence, Joy Lawrence and Sherry Woods. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
