It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Goulson Arceneaux of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Madeline O'Hare Goulson and Walter Seth Goulson. She is survived by: her sons, Webster Joseph III (Camille) of Charleston and Walter Seth (Denise) of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Michelle Proops (Kenny) of Charleston, Rebecca Miller (Dan) of Haddonfield, NJ, Joseph Arceneaux of Cleveland, OH, Kellie Arceneaux of Los Angelos, CA, Holly Dorrance (Bryce) of Alexandria, VA and Sydney Arceneaux; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Benett Proops of Charleston, Avery and Tommy Miller of Haddonfield.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Multi-Purpose Room at Edgewood Summit (300 Baker Ln, Charleston, WV 25302).
