She was predeceased by: her mother Della Eads; her son Gary Dean Treadway; and her siblings, Thomas Smith and Bonnie June. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Treadway; her grandchildren, Dr. Chris Treadway (Teresa) of Charleston, Danielle Collins of Rand, Michelle Ferrell of Charleston, Tara Bays (Jason) of Luling, Joseph Falcon of Cross Lanes, Rebecca Falcon of Chicago and Hector Falcon of Ona; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Collins, Noah Collins, Heather Brown, Sophie Brown, Ava Brown, Avery Bays and Aidan Bays; and her sisters, Margaret Jackson (Jay) of Montgomery and Lorine Rhodes (Steve) of Oak Hill.
