Betsy Lou Tincher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy Lou Tincher of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betsy Lou Tincher to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Macil Anderson Ross and Ralph Ross; her cousin Rose Mary Ray; and also Larry Tincher. She is survived by: her pets, Rowdy and Pickles; her children, Michael Tincher of Charleston and Leigh Ann McGuffey (Tincher); her son-in-law Michael McGuffey of Newman, GA.; her grandchildren, Emma McGuffey of Newman, GA. and Evan McGuffey of Newman, GA.; and her cousin Rose Ann McDonough of Nitro. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks that, instead of flowers, donations be made in honor of Betsy to the Kanawha County Humane Association.
