She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Withrow and Lavonne Samples; her grandchildren, Shawn Rhodes, Jeremiah, Jesse Samples, Autumn Moore, India Harper, Ashley Harper, Frankie, DJ Sloane, Beth Cook, Wesley, Shane, Cody, Tyler and Logan Hinzman; and her sisters, Jean Johnson and May Walton. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
