He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernice K. Blankenship and Herbert G. Kiser; his daughter Alicia M. Kiser; his sister Debra Kiser; his sons, Jason Kiser (Lauren) and Joshua Kiser; his grandson Ross Kiser; and his siblings, Herbie, Johnny, Mike, Delores and Belinda.
