She was predeceased by: her parents, Romie Mosley and Iola Murray Mosley; her stepfather Curtis Richardson; her siblings, Lawrence Mosley Sr., Eugene Mosley, Albert Mosley, Romie Mosley Jr. and Greta Carr; her brother-in-law Charles Carr; and her son-in-law George Miller.

She is survived by: her aunt Church; her husband Freddie Dewitt Jones of Charleston; her children, Dawn Yvette Jones, Vernon Eric Jones (Barbara), Renita Kay Jones, Cynthia Denise Miller, Bruce Quintin Jones, Keith Alan Jones and Catherine Elaine Jones; her stepsons, L. Dwight Scott (Beverly), Larry Adkins and Kirk Adkins; her sister Iola Mosley of Charlotte, NC; her sister-in-law Jeanette Mosley of Paterson, NJ; and her brothers, Samuel Mosley of Detroit, MI, George Mosley of Chesapeake and Raymond Richardson of Charleston.
