He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Cook; his fiancée Joyce Hamilton; his children, Crystal Stapler (Ryan), Mattie Hamrick, Zachary, Chasity, Makayla, Alex, Tyler, Hunter of Ali, LB and Layel; his great grandchild Cameron; Barbara Turley, Kelly Hamrick and Charles Hamrick (Hannah).
