He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheila Parsons; his grandson Zachary Neal; his siblings, Monroe Neal, Kenneth Neal, Ralph Neal, Louise Johnston and Virginia McKinney; his parents, John Neal and Vada Brown Neal; and his son-in-law Michael Wofford.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Carol Neal; his children, Craig Neal (Beth) of St. Albans, Carol L. Wofford of Landrum and Tracey England of Charleston; and his sisters, Geneva Johnston of Oak Hill and Drema Taylor of Beckley. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fidler & Frame Funeral Home (1126 E Dupont Ave, Belle, WV 25015). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
