He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Flint and Carrie Perry Flint; and his siblings, Charles, Carl, Walter, Frank, Dorothy Shamblin and Margaret Brogan Stephens.
He is survived by : his wife Virginia "Ann" Mann Flint; his children, Cody, Amber Hale (Carson) of War and Amanda Hakim (Mohammad) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Sana Ghori (Salman), Dylan, David (Kylie), Rayyan, Yusra, Clayton, Edward Jr., Carrie Jo and Lanie; his great grandchild Salamah; his siblings, Virgil, Raymond (Judy), Loretta Smith (Donald), Rose Means, Dreama Igo (Jim) and Betty Payne (Greg); and his sisters-in-law, Dreama and Arlene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, special friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in his memory to Kanawha Hospice Care 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W. Charleston, WV 25387 or to a charity of their choice.
