He is survived by: his parents, Amy Fields and Jason Fields of Georges Creek; his siblings, Matthew Browning, Brennen Fields of Georges Creek, Aaron Fields of Cross Lanes and Teyah Tolley of Georges Creek; his grandparents, Becky, David Springston of Georges Creek, Patty Burdette of Charleston, Paul and Kim Fields of Ona, WV; and his aunts and uncles, Larna Adkins of Georges Creek, Jessica Slater (Timothy) of Georges Creek, Amber, Ashley Springston of Amma, Brandon Springston (Brandi) of Spencer, Paul Fields Jr. of Charleston, Billy Fields of Charleston, Chris Fields of Charleston, Michael, Ashley Fields of St. Albans, Marie Butterworth of Ona, Jeanie Fields of South Side, WV and TJ Fields of Fayette County.
