He is survived by: his wife Janice Proctor; his daughters, Sandra Stiltner of Charleston and Monica Stanley of Yawkey; his grandchildren, Crystal Ayers, Danny Proctor, Damion, Rashell and Elizabeth White; his great grandchildren, Azlyn, Ben, Viv and Amelia White; his nieces, Kristie, Kaitlyn, Bailey Pressman and Amy Proctor; his nephew Todd Levowskie; and his siblings, Loquita Cornett of Charleston, Regina Proctor of Charleston and Arlie Proctor of Kenna.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Stevens & Grass Funeral Home (4203 Salines Dr, Malden, WV 25306). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
