He is survived by: his wife Patsy of Charleston, WV; his sons, Brian (Jackie) of Concord, NC and Chad (Sarah) of Elkview, WV; his grandchildren, Michael and Kylee Ann; and his siblings, Dreama Wellman of Huntington, WV, Sharon Martin of Poca, WV, Greg of Rand and Steve of Sissonville, WV..
