She was predeceased by: her husband George Edward Parsons, Sr.; and her siblings, Lola May Fields, Pauline Handshaw and Sterling Riffe (Buck). She is survived by: her sister Wanda Faye Williams; and her children, Linda Faye Parks, George Edward Parsons Jr. (Rita), Michael Ray Parsons (Tammy Jo), Amy Lee Thompson and Patty Dixon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Hospice Care of South Charleston for all the support they provided.
