He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Mary; and his nephew Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Lee Weber; his children, Megan Coulter (Clayton), Ashley Lively and Andrew Weber (Molly); his grandchildren, Levi, Madison, Jace, Alec, Hallie and Thomas; and his siblings, Debbie, Sylvia, Laura, Allen, Danny and Jason.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Andy's memory.
