Elsie Prichard Carter Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Prichard Carter (Charleston, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Catherine Carter; and her brother Fred Prichard. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sister Tudy Russell; her children, Will, Alice and Fred; her children-in-law, Martha Cook Carter and Bruce Larson; her grandchildren, Trace (Leland Wolfson), Lily, Ellis, Celia, William and Eliza; her stepgranddaughters, Savannah Wiza (Drew Wiza) and Rowan Zoeller; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Felix and Coraline. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
