Elsie Prichard Carter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Prichard Carter (Charleston, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Catherine; and her brother Fred. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sister Tudy Russell; her children, Will, Alice and Fred; her children-in-law, Martha Cook Carter and Bruce Larson; and her grandchildren, Trace, Lily, Ellis, Celia, William and Eliza. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Women's Club (1600 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301).
