He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harkins and Beatrice Harkins; and his wife Rebecca Mae Harkins. He is survived by: his son Greg Harkins (Heather) of Hurricane, WV; his sisters, Jenny Duff of Charleston and JoAnn Young of Charleston; and his stepchildren, Judith Lilly of Poca, Martha Lemon of Colorado and Rickey Crews of Florida. He is also survived by many grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
