With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Marie Samuels of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Lewisburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Homer Early and Henrietta Lee Early; her sons, Calvin Junior and James White; and her siblings, Ann Hopewell, John B. Williams and Kathleen Dent.

She is survived by : her daughter Sarah Chavis of St. Albans, WV; her grandchildren, Eric Shaver, Christopher White, Desmond White, Latisha Deacon (Tyler), LaShanda Chavis, Tevin White, Tamara White Keziah White and Makayla White; her daughter-in-law Rosetta White; and her close friends, Victoria Miller, Oscar, Edith Faulkner and Brenda Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home (252 Montvue Dr, Lewisburg, WV 24901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
