He is survived by: his wife Paula Lavender; his children, Timothy Lavender and Amy Ward (Martin); his grandchildren, Jacob Lavender (Emily), Nate Lavender, Matthew Wazelle and Madison Grounds (Logan); his great grandchildren, Nora Grounds and Archie Lavender; his brother David Lavender (Patty); his nieces, Teresa Walker and Kim Osborne; his nephew Chad Lavender; and his brother-in-law Gary Walker.
