He is survived by: his mother Vernetta Farmer Williams of Charleston; his wife Michelle Williams; his children, Destini Hackney of Belle and Chance Hackney of Charleston; his sister Patricia Vacoway of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his cousin Leona Rodeheaver of Terra Alta; his close friends, Timmy and Cindy Campbell of North Carolina; and his godson Dustin Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
