He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin H. Moore and Ruth Moore (Gunnoe); and his brother Stanley Moore. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Moore (Gladwell); his children, David Moore, Jason Moore and Heather Wartenburg (Gary); his grandchildren, Gretchen and Harold III; and his pet Buttercup.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Harold's name to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
