We announce the death of Jack Eugene Robertson (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 89. Jack will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Jack’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Zedoneck and Herbert Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Robertson; his sisters, Jean and Jane Robertson; his grandchildren, Clayton Robertson, Cassandra Jarrell and Melia Coleman; and his great grandchild Alessa Slone. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (1401 W Washington St, Charleston, WV 25387). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
