He is survived by: his wife Carol White; his children, Renae White, Jon White (Lori Brink) and Randy Captain; his sisters, Becky Heater and Connie Dent; and his grandsons, Marshall White, James Ball and Mitchell Tewksburry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
