He is survived by: his mother Shirley Fender Thompson of Asheville, NC; his siblings, Jenny Whitley McReynolds (Jon) of Kingsport, TN, Jeff Whitley (Debbie) and Keis Whitley of Ashville, NC; his nieces and nephews, Raven, Maggie, Jessi, Dylan, Isla, Quinn, Lucas and Jake; and his great-nephew Alex.
