We are sad to announce that, on January 12, 2026, Jane Hunter Pate of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Robert Pate; her daughter Donna Potter; her parents, George Hunter and Lillian Hunter; and her sister Ann Caryl Adkisson.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Pate of South Charleston and Johnny Pate of Orlando, FL; her son-in-law Bill Potter, Sr. of South Charleston; her grandchildren, Billy Potter, Jr., Kimmy Potter and Stevie Potter; and her great grandchildren, Jaeclinn Hall, Bryson Potter, Kaedlee Potter, Brayden Potter and Linnlee Potter.
