He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph and Virgie Young; his father Dale Carnefix; and his close friend Shannon Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Canterbury-Mandirola; his mother Jackie Carnefix; his siblings, James Miller (Chelsea), Joshua Miller (Brittany) and Heather; his nieces and nephews, Haylee, Caroline, Maci, Florence, Isaiah and Sawyer; his aunt Brenda; his uncle Eddie; and his close friends, Ted Ford, Krystal Welch McConihay, Travis Kessel, Melissa "Hooper" Alder and Guinevere Starcher. He is also survived by son married the love of his life.
