She is survived by: her children, Rick Lightner (Teresa) and Cathy "Scutter" Lightner; her brother Lanham, Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Brian Lightner (Heather), Nicki Kessinger (Scott) and Candi Cantrell (David); and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Brayden, Kennedi, Ayla and Leo.
