With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julian Heath Sockman (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on June 28, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Ellen; and his brother Ted. He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Rita) and Dean (Debbie); his grandchildren, Ellen Ann (Max), Drew and Chloe; his sister-in-law Judy; his nephew Grant Archibald (Elaine); his great-nephew Matthew; and his cousin Rick Hanna (Debbie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Village Chapel Presbyterian Church (16 Leon Sullivan Way, Charleston, WV 25301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
