She was predeceased by: her husband Wm Withrow; her parents, Mary Kitts and Pete Davisson; her stepfather Carmen Kitts; and her stepsiblings, Ellen Westmorland and Jimmy Kitts.
She is survived by: her children, Wm Bill Withrow (Sarah), John Withrow (Duwana), Lisa Ann Withrow and Jack Withrow (MaryAnn); her grandchildren, John Withrow (Letitia), Jeremy Withrow (Shanda), Wm Tony Withrow (Jessica), Stephen Withrow and Parker Withrow; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Grey, Zane, Piper, Ember, Malik, Thomas, Jameson, Jagger and Kinley Withrow.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (515 D St, South Charleston, WV 25303). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
