He is survived by: his nephew Yancey Drake; his girlfriend Lori Shiltz; his stepchildren, Bethiie Burtnett (Aaron), Matthew Cornwell and Julie Malin (Joel); and his grandchildren, Jordon, Zaine Burtnett and Aubrey Cornwell.
