She is survived by: her children, Jacob Green (Amy) of Surveyor, WV and Jessica Domingues-Fortner (Bradley) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Kash, Kambria Domingues and Sloan Fortner; her siblings, Jack Severt Jr. and Elizabeth Severt; and her stepfather Johnny Daniels. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
