He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Belcher and June Belcher (Hawley); and his brother James. He is survived by: his sister Sharlene Cook (Dewey); and his children, Jesse Linehan Belcher (Molly) and Shane Belcher (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
