He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Georgia A. Leake; and his former wife Jean Leake. He is survived by: his wife Georgeanne Leake; his children, Beth Jarrett (Robert), J. C. (Amanda) and Thomas; his siblings, Mary Alice Mace (Mike), Roberta Jones and James Leake (Deana); his grandchildren, Kristyne Hoskins (Tom), Selah Dawson, Caleb Leake, David Jarrett, Kristopher Dawson and Matthew Spornitz; and his great grandchild Dominic.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Morris Memorial United Methodist Church, 4615 MacCorkle Avenue S.E., Charleston, West Virginia 25304.
