She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Lee, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Kay Lee; her brother Paul Lee (Patricia); her nieces, Rachel, Rebecca, Abigail, Ava, Chloe and Campbell; her foster sister Tammy Underwood; and her friend Cheri Heflin Callaghan.
