She was predeceased by: her birth parents, Sedia Jo and Runt; her adoptive parents, Sybil (John) and John; her brothers, Butch and Danny; her foster father Vick Rumbaugh; and her foster brother Warren Rumbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Estep; her daughters, Cassie Estep and Kaila Estep; her grandchildren, Leiah, Ana, Emma, Paislee, Benjie and Karson; her daughter Sandy Rumbaugh; her sister Ann; her nieces, Kristina, Tiffany, Miranda, Missy Hall, Tonya and Franny; her nephew Danny Lee; and her pet Taz. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Missy's memory to the Charleston Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, two causes that reflect her love for animals and her caring heart.
