He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph and Nannie Shadd of Chapmanville; and his brother Joey Shadd of Huntington. He is survived by: his mother Connie Simmons of Charleston; his brother Anthony; his sisters-in-law, Shavonne Shadd of Charleston and Mollie Shadd of Huntington; his nephew Gage Shadd; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vada, Kai of South Point, OH and Nalen Shadd of Huntington; and his pet Buddy.
