She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wesley Sr. and Mae Easter Davis Raines; her brothers, Lawrence W. Raines Jr. and Richard E. Raines (Susie); and her aunt Carrie Goldie Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Jesse Cook; her son Mark Cook (Leslie); her siblings, Connie Jones (Gary), Elizabeth Dunlap (Bruce), Gary Raines (Peggy) and David A. Raines (Debi); her sister-in-law Brenda Raines; and her caregiver Michelle Cowley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
