He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kinzer and Corna Corns Kinzer; and his siblings, Glessa Elswick, Evelyn Jean White and George "Buddy" Kinzer.
He is survived by: his son Paul R. Kinzer, II; his sister Brenda Layne; his grandson Matthew Kinzer; his sibling's children, Kimberli Lanham (Kevin) and Paul Edward Kinzer; and his great-nephews, Sean and Brendan Lanham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
