He is survived by: his sons, Casey Phalen and Justin Phalen (Chrissy); his stepsons, Tyler Wolf and Jarrod Wolf (Chelsi); and his sisters, Cheryl Bell (Malcolm) and Lisa Thomas (Harold). He is also survived by two grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
