It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Pittman of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter Facemyer and Lura Facemyer. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Paul Pittman (Paul); her sister Brenda Stewart; her children, Karen Pulley, Sharon Turkaly, Connie Gundy and Alan Pittman; her grandchildren, Brittany, Christopher, Mikaela, Michael, Megan, Ethan, Avery and Naya; and her great grandchildren, Braxtyn, Enoch, Makenzie, Briana, Ben, Brooke and Jack.
