She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Howell; her son Brandon (Tressie); her granddaughters, Saige and Bralee; and her caregivers, Margaret Payne, Bonnie White and Phyllis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home (1118 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
