In loving memory of Rebecca Ann Dean of Charleston, West Virginia, who departed this world on February 21, 2026 at the age of 77. Rebecca Ann leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son William Dean; her parents, William Adams and Louise Adams; her siblings, Agnes, Carole, Phyllis, Patricia, Delores, Bill and Randy; and her former husband Cecil Allen Dean.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Joe Barnett; her children, Allen Dean (Sarah), Timmy Dean (Teresa), Harvey Dean (Angie), Sherry Arthur (Charles) and Kevin Dean (April); and her siblings, Leroy, Gary, Joann, Brenda and Connie. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and dear friends.
