He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Withrow and Lucy Withrow of Matthew's Episcopal Church. He is survived by: his siblings, Curtis Jr., Charles, Mary Margaret and John (Paul). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church (36 Norwood Rd, Charleston, WV 25314).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to West Virginia Wesleyan College Athletics, either to the Men's Basketball Gifts fund, supporting the men's basketball program, or to the WVWC Athletics Endowment, supporting the college's entire athletics program.
